RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are very easy at Zeosstore. We list all the details below, but in a nutshell:
- You can unconditionally return your undamaged products to the designer within 14 days.
- The only exceptions to this are items with a name or date of your choice, or that are otherwise custom made for you (we’re sure you’ll understand this).
- Since almost all of the designers we list on the site sell products that are their own production and therefore without barcodes and not packaged in a factory, “opened/unopened package” will most likely not be a criterion (although it is not certain).
- Zeosstore guarantees to be available to you during this whole process, you can always contact us at destek@zeosstore.com.
- To date (this page was updated in January 2020), we have had 0 (that’s zero) customers who wanted to return their product and were unable to do so. Obviously, both the return requests have been very low and Zeosstore has always kept in touch with our customers in all return processes.
Details
- I want to return my purchase, what should I do?
- If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased for any reason, you can return the product with the invoice of the product within 14 days following the day your order reaches you, within the framework of the specified criteria, you can exchange it for a new product or get a refund.
- For this purpose, please send an e-mail to destek@zeosstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare the product you will return in its original packaging and with all accessories and invoice and send it to the Designer address shared with you with the shipping company specified in the email sent to you by Zeosstore. Return and exchange products sent without invoice will not be accepted by the designers.
- After sending your return, send us your shipping code that the shipping company has shared with you by e-mailing us to destek@zeosstore.com.
- In order for the purchased products to be returned within the “Right of Withdrawal”, the original box and the packaging of the purchased product must be undamaged, the invoice and all complementary accessories must be sent undamaged and complete with the product. Returns are not accepted within the “Right of Withdrawal” for products that have been approved by the customer.
- Which products cannot be returned?
- In order for your return request to be accepted, the package of the product sent must be undamaged, the product must be unused and undamaged. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature (products prepared in accordance with the wishes of the consumer or clearly in line with his/her personal needs, products that deteriorate quickly or are likely to expire) are not subject to exchange and return.
- Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package, etc. have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene (underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, earrings, headphones, etc.) are not accepted for return. Cases where your return request will be deemed invalid and the right of withdrawal is not valid;
- The return of products prepared by our designers for special occasions and personalized products cannot be accepted.
- Returns are not accepted for products that have been modified differently from the one offered for sale (For example, the bracelet size is different from the one offered on the site).
- The original box of the product, the original packaging must be intact, the invoice and all accessories must be available. Otherwise, the return process will not be realized.
- Products that are not suitable for health and hygiene (underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, earrings, headphones, etc.) cannot be returned.
- How long is the return period?.
- Your return period is 14 days from the date your product is delivered to you
- After I return my purchase, will my used coupons be credited back to my account?
- If there is a discount coupon you used on your order, your coupon code will not be reactivated due to the return process.
- How and how long will my money be refunded if my order is canceled?
- Cancellation and refund of orders received by you are made within 7-10 business days after the products are returned to the Seller, in the same way as the payment was made. Orders paid by credit card are refunded to the credit card within 1-7 business days.
- I want to exchange the products I purchased. What should I do?
- You have the right to exchange for 14 days for products that you are not satisfied with or for any other reason. The exchange is limited to size and color change in the product(s) you have purchased. You can send an e-mail to destek@zeosstore.com regarding the subject.
- The product I bought was damaged / defective.What should I do?
- When your order is delivered, be sure to check the package with the cargo officer, if the product is defective, ask the cargo officer to keep a record.
If the product you received from zeosstore.com is damaged or defective, and no report was kept during delivery, create a return request by emailing destek@zeosstore.com, send photos of the damage along with the details of the damage in your return request. Return requests for damaged and defective products must be made within 3 days following the delivery of the product. If these conditions are met, you can return the product with its original package and invoice and get your money back.
- You can also send an e-mail to destek@zeosstore.com regarding damages caused by use. Exchanges or returns in this case are entirely at the discretion of the designer.
- When your order is delivered, be sure to check the package with the cargo officer, if the product is defective, ask the cargo officer to keep a record.
- The products I received are not the same as the order I placed.What should I do?
- If you send the product to us within the return period, the necessary checks will be made and our customer service will provide you with the necessary information on the subject as soon as possible and the product / products will be exchanged. If the product / products are not in the stocks of the supplier company, your order will be canceled and a refund will be made.
